Our cottage "Lungnet" is a typical Swedish cozy house from 1850.
In 2008 we completely renovated while preserving the original details like the Huskvarna furnace, fireplace and even an outdoor toilet for two people. (Utedas) . We have allso an inside bathroom with toilet :-)

It is situatet in  the beautiful nature of Björkfors about 500 m from the lakes " Åsunden" and "Björkern".
There is also a lovely swimming spot and summer café at the lake.
Canoes and bicycles and tourist information can be found at our hostel.

There is plenty to do in the area. Astrid Lindgren World (Pippi), the largest department stores in Northwest Europe, Open Air Museum, Gamla Linköping, the Saab airforce Museum in Linköping, the archipelago, the old wooden towns Vimmerby or Eksjö, ancient forests, the oldest oak in Europe or take the local train to Kalmar across the beautiful Highlands of Småland. But you can also swim in the clean and clear lake Åsunden, or rent a canoe or bicycle from the inn.

They call the Östergötland County "Little Sweden" because you come across all types of landscape in Sweden. Beautiful oak forests, lakes, cliffs, caves, open meadows with landshap. There are several nature reserves within walking distance.

The cottage
Ground floor:
kitchen with 2 burners and oven, fridge and freezer, dining table and the usual inventory
living room with a cozy fireplace and TV / DVD.
bathroom and toilet,
bedroom (bunk bed)

Upper floor:
hall with extra bed and a bedroom with two double beds.

  

Outside :The house stands on approx 1000m2 and there are several seats and the BBQ of course. In the sheds you'll find enough wood for the fireplace.

Prices:
We rent out the cabin from Saturday to Saturday (changes possible)
Low season :3350 Swedish crowns per week (approx. € 350 *)

High season 3800 Swedish crowns per week (approx. € 400 *) June, July, aug

You can bring your own towels and sheets or rent them at the inn for 100 crowns per person per package (10 € )

The apartment (4 / 5 persons)

We have a cozy apartment at the inn.
This is on the ground floor and has its own entrance

Classification:
it has has a kitchen, bathroom, living room and separate bedroom.
There is a double bed and a bunk bed.
There is TV / DVD and wireless internet.

Outside: You have a lovely sunny veranda but the inn also has a large garden with seats and you can walk direct into the woods behind the inn or to the lake's (500 m)

There  is a cozy fireplace and you can find wood in the barn outside.

Price:
We rent the apartment from Saturday to Saturday (changes possible)
The weekly rate for the apartment is 3800, - sek throughout the year. (CA400 €)

 Linen and towels can be rented at the hostel (100, - kr per person per package)
